How does PACK'N GO portable storage work?
We deliver a clean, weather-resistant storage container directly to your home or business. You pack it at your own pace. Once filled, you can choose to keep it on-site for easy access, or we can move it to your new location or store it at one of our secure local hubs.

Are there any items that I am NOT able to store?
Liquids, explosives, flammable liquids, toxic materials, and perishables. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding a specific item.

What days of the week will you deliver?
We are committed to helping you achieve success even if that means delivering on the weekend.  We pick-up and deliver 7 days a week.

Can PACK'N GO store the container at their facility?
Yes. If you don't have space on-site or are between moves, we can transport your packed unit to one of our secure hubs in Jasper or Evansville.

How long can I keep a PACK'N GO container?
Rentals are billed on a flexible month-to-month basis. Keep the container for a few weeks or several months—you set the timeline.

How far in advance should I schedule a delivery or move?
We recommend booking 3 days in advance, especially during peak moving seasons (spring and summer). For urgent needs or emergency restoration situations, contact us directly and we'll do our best to accommodate same day and next-day delivery.

What areas in Southern Indiana do you service?
With central hubs in Jasper, IN and Evansville, IN, we serve all of Southern Indiana. Our primary coverage includes Dubois, Vanderburgh, Warrick, Spencer, Perry, Pike, Gibson, and surrounding counties.

Do I have to be present for container delivery or pickup?
No, just be sure and have the space designated for the container clear and accessible. We will call you the day before we arrive and again 30 minutes before we arrive to confirm the logistics.

Can I keep the container on my driveway long-term?
Yes. On-site driveway storage is ideal for home renovations, decluttering, or staging. Check with your local city ordinances or Homeowners Association (HOA) for any restrictions on temporary outdoor storage containers.

How are my items protected during transit and storage?
Our containers feature weather-resistant steel and aluminum framing, durable composite walls, and sealed doors to protect against rain, snow, and wind. You provide your own padlock so you are the only person with key access.
